VALLDEMOSSA UTFLYKT

Idag behövde vi göra nåt annat än att gå till stranden eller poolen. Vi trotsade värmen och körde till Valldemossa. Det ligger ca 15 km norr om Palma, mot Deia. Som vanligt när man kör norrut är resan dit helt otrolig. Vilket landskap! Sen är ju inte Valldemossa fy skam heller. Enligt Chopin är det minsann "The most beutiful place on earth". Jag gissar att det inte fanns lika mycket turistbutiker på hans tid, men byn är ändå otroligt charmig fortfarande. Och vyerna har ju inte förändrats! Och det var säkert lika grönt då som nu. Mysig utflykt!

Today we needed to something else rather than go to the beach or the pool. Despite the heat we decided to go to Valldemossa. It's about 15 km north of Palma. As usual when going north on this island the scenery is magnificent. And so is Valldemossa. Actually according to Chopin its "The most beautiful place on the earth". I'm guessing all the tourist shops weren't there at that time, but the village is still very charming. And the views haven't changed of course. And it was probably as green back then. A great escape!
